“Ethan and Travis came to our house to repair a leaking faucet in our basement. I received a phone call and text messages concerning my appointment, service, and time of arrival of the technicians. Much appreciated! Travis and Ethan were able to completely change out the faucet and part of the water line without any issues.Our appointment was from 3-5pm and they showed up around 3 and were done around 4-4:30pm. Nice guys, very friendly, very professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing to get an appointment soon. Their office staff are so nice and so sweet and kind on the phone. The company called and did a follow up for our service. Great customer care! Thanks!”
