“Had a water softener leak on the weekend. Ethan was able to come out and assess it, as well as set up an appointment to install a new one ASAP. He was kind and professional, and was willing to explain everything to me. They were very responsive. It was expensive, but knowing they can help me at any moment is worth it.”
