“The service technician, Chris Fierros, went out of his way to ensure that I had hot water within 24 hours. I think I got terrific service thanks to him! At 5:15 pm he saw that I needed to replace my leaky worn out water heater. He was back at 8:30 the next morning and got the job done by 11:00 am.”
