“We had a really bad clogged pipe. We had a lot of work done on our pipes by another company. Apparently we still have issues. We went from being stressed out of our minds to being thankful as could be because of Keidon. He came late on a Saturday after working all day long and saved us. He tackled the problem from every angle possible until he fixed the issue. We are so grateful for his hard work and kind and professional work ethic. I would highly recommend Keidon. He is awesome.”

“I needed some things changed with my natural gas setup for my dryer. I called and they were able to get someone out to see me within a few hours. I love the system they use when scheduling an appointment and how communicative the support staff was throughout the process. When Chris arrived he was super kind, courteous, and helpful. He put on shoe booties to not track in any mess into my home. He even put a front door mat at the front door before coming in. He answered a lot of my questions and helped to understand what exactly was going on and what he was going to do. Chris was truly incredible. In a world where it seems like customer service is dying, Chris’s service was a breath of fresh air. It’s crazy how much his simple kindness and patience meant to me. He truly made this such a great experience and is the reason I’m rating 5 stars. I have no comparison for the cost of the service, but it did honestly seem a little steep for everything he had to do. Admittedly I’m clueless about the costs of these kinds of services, but just worth noting.”
