“Update: I had Steve come out and service my AC to keep it running well for summer. He cleaned out my unit and removed the leaves that built up over the season. He also found some parts that while still working they were showing signs of breakdown. I did not feel pressured at all to replace the parts. He gave me his honest feedback and allowed me to make my own decision. I did choose to go ahead with replacing them because I would rather be proactive than be stuck in this heat with no AC. I even signed up for their maintenance plan so that they will come back in the fall and spring to make sure my system stays running in tiptop shape. Steve did a great job all around and I definitely recommend this company to others. Previous Review: My drains were starting to drain really slow so I called American Rooter and Drain to get them cleaned and hydro jetted. Ethan showed up for my service. He was very professional and did a great job! I’m so glad I got all my drains cleaned out. Now I don’t need to worry about them backing up. If you are a homeowner I would definitely recommend getting your drains cleaned and hydro jetted. I promise you they are dirtier than you think. I also had them install an ARD descaler which is a water softener alternative. I am looking forward to the benefits of softer water without the hassle of maintaining a water softener system. Thank you Ethan and American Rooter and Drain!”
