“I called for drain service just past noon.. The young lady who fielded my call was very helpful. Ty arrived as promised around 6:00 p.m. He was professional in every way: polite, thorough, skilled and had a very pleasant demeanor. As a result of his visit, I have scheduled additional services. I have every reason to believe the service will be excellent. Thank You, Ty.”

“Always great service! We’ve been using Titan for several years for several properties we own, and they are always fast and reliable. We used to get a bid first and now we know there’s no need as there’s no one else we want to use.”

“What I like about this company is they are friendly courteous they're on time and Steven was very professional but also very personal. I have used them before for a furnace in air conditioning and my brother who lives across the street has used them and we've always been very pleased with their service”

“The two young men who came to unplug our kitchen sink drain are the most personable, polite and knowledgeable of anyone I’ve had do work for me. Because of this I will not hesitate to recommend Mcrea to anyone. This is a very professional progressive company. Thank you for your expedient repair. Your techs are definitely an asset to your company.”

“These guys really pulled through for us! We are first time homeowners, and had a sewage backup! We were extremely stressed, and feeling in over our heads, but Charles came out (same day!) and got us all taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable, and passed his knowledge onto us, as well. He took the time to explain what happened, and why, and steps we can take to prevent it next time! Not only did he get the repair done, but advised us on what we should do about our flooring etc.. going forward! He was pleasant and professional, he made us and our pets feel comfortable! Would highly recommend, and will be giving him our business again!!”

“Great service as always. Had the parts I needed to fix the problem on their truck and my AC was blowing cold air in no time. My appointment was scheduled on the day I called with my problem.”

“We had a major plumbing issue in June 2020. After soliciting bids from other local plumbers, we chose Titan due to its competitive bid and excellent response time. We couldn't have been happier with Charlie and his team at Titan. The service was extraordinary, including an after-hours call to fix a serious plumbing issue that occurred when we were out of town. Charlie to the rescue! We highly recommend Titan and its team of responsive, fairly-priced experts.”
