“I started having issues with my 25 year old 80% furnace at the end of September. Knowing it was time to replace and upgrade the unit to something more efficient, I called several local service providers for quotes. McCrea’s quote for a 95% unit was better than what most others service providers were quoting for new 80% units. Then it happened, one afternoon in early October the old furnace decided not to ignite. I called the office to see when I could schedule the installation of the new unit. Figuring I would be without heat for an extended period of time I started making plans of how to keep the house warm. Much to my surprise the dispatcher was able to schedule the installation for the very next day and sent a technician over to the house to get the old furnace running. The installation: Because I upgraded from a 80% to a 95% furnace, extra modifications were required to accommodate the new unit. The installation team arrived on time and were kind and informative throughout the entire process. They even went the extra mile staying an extra 3 hours to make sure the job was done right and that we had heat that night. I think you would be hard pressed to find another company that can do what McCrea did in 24 hours.”
