After all was said and done I felt stupid to say the least when the issue was of my own doing. Neither of these young men made me feel bad. They are very nice and were very professional. Thanks for making a senior citizen happy.”

“I really am happy with the work that David did on my air conditioner. He was on time, he was courteous and he explained everything to me thoroughly. I understood what the charge would be and we worked it out on a payment plan. The air conditioner compressor stopped working the next day and he came right out and fixed it for no charge and paid for $190 part which I really did appreciate! He is a great guy!”

“I want to express my appreciation for this company, it is so hard to find good customer service these days but Mccrea goes above and beyond to get you taken care of. We had them install a new furnace and A/C as well as a new water softener. Travis helped us the whole way and explained everything for us he even came and installed the system the next day along with Josh, they did an awesome job. Also I want to thank Gabe for being so kind and always coming out the second we need him. I highly recommend these guys.”

“David was very knowledgeable with what was wrong with the a/c unit. Another company has put in too large of a motor for the unit and it was cracking the cover and bending the blades. He took time to explain what was wrong and how to fix it. He gave me an estimate right away. He is very thorough and prompt. I will be calling him again if I need help in the future.”

“We were told that we needed to replace our AC unit and met with two sales people prior to Action. David, from Action came to our house and fixed our unit in an hour. Action does not employ sales people, just technicians, which allowed the problem to be solved quickly and at a fair price.”

“Found water under kitchen sink, Tom came from McCrea's and quickly found the problem. He fixed the problem in a reasonable time and left the area clean and dry. New problem--leaking toilet. Tom came yesterday and did what he thought would solve the problem. It worked for a little while. It was determined that we needed a new toilet. Tom came today and put one in and all is good! I like that Tom deeps working to get to the root of the problem.”
