“Neighbors in our senior mobile home park had highly recommended McCrea. The professionalism began with Mike McCrea coming out to look at our furnace and A/C needs. His proposal was 60% less than prior ones we had received. And, he line-by-line wrote what work would be done in his proposal. When Mike brought the two men, Gabe and Cody, out to install everything a week later we were impressed. It was not only the knowledge of their trade, but their courtesy, and willingness to provide information about the system they were installing. I was a maintenance test pilot in the Navy and I know when excellence is the norm for people. That was the McCrea people.”

“I was very pleased with my recent fireplace repair service completed by Action Heating and Air. Technician David was very professional with his work. He provided me with a very thorough troubleshooting inspection and gave me a solid estimate before getting my approval and ordering the needed parts. During the installation appointment, David did everything necessary to professionally install the parts and to make sure everything worked correctly before leaving. He also did a great job of cleanup of his work area and the fireplace itself. I would recommend using David for your heating and cooling issues as I will in the future.”

“David came out to check our heat pump that was acting up. It ended up being our programmable thermostat. He switched it out and did a quick tune up while he was out. He even stuck around to show me how the new thermostat worked and said if we had an questions we could call anytime and they would come back out and answer any questions. Wonderful customer service from David and everyone associated with the company. They will be the first I call when I have future problems.”
