“We have been very happy with Superior Appliance Service, so much so that we've used them the last three times we've had appliance repair needs. (Our appliances are going on 10 years, so they're all having problems at once!) I was pleased with the professionalism of our service technician. He was kind, clean cut, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. It was great that he was so prompt and had all the parts he needed on hand, so we didn't have to wait. We were up and running again in less than an hour with each repair. What a relief! Think of the back up of dishes/laundry if I had to wait for service or parts.”

“Boise has no shortage of plumbing companies—so it’s important to do your research carefully. Our recent project was completed by Travis and James, two outstanding professionals who went above and beyond. They were thorough in their work, ensuring every fixture, drain, and component functioned properly. Impressively, they even re-entered the crawl space to double-check everything and took the time to clean up any leftover debris. Their courtesy and professionalism truly stood out. That said, our experience wasn’t without a few bumps, which is why we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5. With any large project, it’s essential to ensure that every detail is completed according to the contract and estimate. In our case, some issues stemmed from a lack of attention to detail—a critical aspect when water and potential leaks are involved. We are 88 and 92 years old, which makes it even more important that everything is done right the first time. We may not catch things as easily and would struggle if problems arose later. All things considered, we’re grateful that American Rooter & Drain addressed all of our concerns and made sure everything was functioning as expected. Thank you for your dedication and follow-through!!”

“Steve is very nice and professional. He took time to answer my questions. it took quite awhile explaining the different system options. He got a little confused and had to go back and forth a lot. But sometimes it was waiting for the internet. I'm not happy about how expensive it all is though?”

“1/16/24 update! Jason called to help make things right, so I am increasing my rating to 4 stars. He professionally listened to my concern and didn’t try to defend or justify the actions of the company. To make matters better, they even refunded the money I paid. Even though I still feel they are expensive, Jason went above and beyond to do his best to make things right! Thanks, Jason! I called because they are the “home of the $59 drain clean”. When the tech Travis called he told me because it’s a mainline, that it would be over $1400. I’ve had many plumbing drains cleaned in the past 30+ years, but never have I been quoted anywhere close to that amount (the most was maybe $200!). I seriously thought he was joking! Travis told me it’s due to the fact that they had to use a hydro jet machine that costs $50,000. He tried to high pressure me, and among other things, he said if we didn’t get it done now, with the storm coming in, we’d be lucky to get anyone back out anytime soon. And, I was still charged a $59 service fee! I felt that the whole experience was pretty unprofessional.”
