“I first met Chris Fierros at Harbor Freight while overseeing a major underground plumbing project in the parking lot which he was overseeing as the supervisor. As they were wrapping up for the day, I was impressed by the professionalism and cleanliness of the job site. Intrigued, I approached him, and we exchanged business cards. Recently, I had some major questions about an upcoming project, so I gave him a call. What truly amazed me was that, despite it being his day off today, he still took the time to go into detail about what the project would entail, answering every question with ease and expertise. What stood out even more was the stark contrast in customer service. I had reached out to a few other companies before I found his business card, and they all seemed irritated by my questions. That alone reassured me that I had found my go-to HVAC and plumbing company. Huge thanks to American Rooter & Drain for having such an outstanding team!”

“I finally have peace of mind since using American Rooter’s services!! My well water system was leaving my family feeling very nauseous for a few months, after visiting with my functional practitioner, we were able to rule out a number of things, but, ultimately, were stumped at the source of of our symptoms. As a last ditch effort, I decided to have our water tested (since we were collectively experiencing the nausea). That’s when I called this company. Upon arrival I was impressed with the professionalism both on the phone and in person, company marked vehicle and attention to detail. As a mother, I especially appreciated the shoe covers that they used while working in my home. After a very thorough inspection of our water heater, running a camera through the pipes, and a look at the facets, the tech then recommended going to the source. A separate crew came out to dig up the well and that’s when we found our problem AND validation for my concerns! A pipe was leaking water and recirculating it into our well luckily this is a new home for us, and I can’t imagine how long the previous owners were drinking the somewhat contaminated water I am SO thankful for these guys and for all of their help, I recommend them to everyone who needs plumbing done. Thank you!!”
