“Kyle and Tristen did an awesome job today installing my main floor air return. My house is 118 yrs old and trust me it was not an easy or typical job! I’m very fussy too and they made sure my home was left cleaner than when they arrived. Thanks American Rooter and Drain for a great job! I ordered a cast iron grille that will be here soon. Thanks guys! Update 6/17/25, Steve came out today, checked my AC and drains and helped me finish the cast iron grille on my air return. Thanks Steve you’re a rock star!!! “)”

There were many other repairs in the main level as well. They worked diligently to make sure I had running water at the end of each day! Excellent team while working and explaining what and why things had to be done. Thank you guys, Sue Dominic has also worked with me on heating and cooling and assessing plumbing problems, very helpful and explains the problem thoroughly. I also wanted to send a shout out to Porter for making sure my AC was ready to go for the Spring and Summer. Last but not least Colton finished up the plumbing that couldn't be reached and put in a liner for those unreachable areas. It is also good to know that American Rooter and Drain stands by their work and leave you with the peace of mind if anything should fail, they will fix it under warrantee.. That is so important to have a company stand by their work!!!!”
