“Some difficulty with scheduling and communication made this a frustrating experience: wthout a/c for over a week, with temps indoors at 77 to 84 degrees, waited for tech with scheduled appointment between 8 and noon, no communication or updates. Was told there was an emergency, and tech would arrive at 3 p.m. Never showed up, no communication. Waited until 3 p.m. today when tech showed up. Mason was professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about providing excellent customer service and ensuring we were satisfied, especially after the prior issues. He took time to explain what he was doing and the steps needed. His understanding of restoring and keeping goodwill and willingness to go the extra mile made us willing to give American Rooter & Drain/HVAC another chance to keep us as customers Great job, Mason!”
