“I had a leaking water heater that i need to have fixed. I called and had someone out the same day. The tech Travis Dyer was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue, get the 2 failed parts and fix it within about 2 hours or so. I loved that the process was simple and stress free, as well that my issue was resolved same day. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future if needed.”

“Devon was so respectful and courteous. Able to identify issues and schedule repairs that were noticed. Started as a failed hot water heater. Updated: after finding issues other companies missed / ignored/ created these guys went above and beyond in service respect and caring. James, Chris, Travis, Steve, and all the others at one point there were eight of them here, that came to help them get my water issues fixed. Unexpected hidden things kept happening. They went above and beyond way past normal hours until 2 am to get water main fixed. Several unexpected issues, lines broke, fittings broke, not up to code issues, and many more. By catching issues and fixing them yes it cost me more than ever expected but they saved me many thousands of dollars from things that could have gone seriously wrong, like a flooding basement, no water as main line busted and other horrors. I cannot express my sincere appreciation for these guys. I would give them a rating of 100 all the way. And they are not done with the work. They stand behind their work and honor their prices.”
