“Totally 100% awesome. Everything with the plumbing has been great!! Travis Thomas and Colton Capistran were willing to go out of their way to help this old lady. Even helping me install a new mailbox. Highly recommend this company!! Some of these pictures are from the start. They are professional and kind and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. The owners take care of their crew which they pass on to their customers. Keep it up. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done for me. I appreciate you all. Thank you Steve for help making my house nice and warm. You are all a great team Thank you Mason for all of your hard work today. You are part of a great team Update review 1/29/26. I have had them back out for a new project. They have replaced all the ducts in my house and put in a new hvac system. Still working on the heater but everything else has been completed. It is a fantastic company to work with thank you to everyone involved. Looking forward to working with you all in the future on other projects.”

“The American Rooter technicians just left and were helpful, efficient and friendly. Travis texted me his arrival time, and when he and his apprentice arrived, they went straight to work explaining to me what they were doing. They also show me how to take apart my own drain to be able to stream the dog hair next time I need to be with my dogs so I can avoid this in the first place. I’ve lived in this home for 12 years and never knew that I could take apart that drain to put a strainer in it! They also went through my whole entire crawlspace underneath my home checking my HVAC system looking for any issues. All was great! Travis and his apprentice, then changed out my furnace filter for me, which required them to work around my boat and camping gear and that right there was worth the money I paid to get my drain unclogged since I could have never got to it to change it myself. I had him give me quotes on duct cleaning for the house ( they REALLY need it). They both were personable, friendly, not afraid to get dirty and most importantly, so helpful. Travis and his apprentice( didn’t catch his name) are fantastic and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any of your plumbing or HVAC needs. Thank you American Rooter & Drain plumbing HVAC.
