“Keidon came to complete an estimate for our new commercial space and we could not be more impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm for his work. If this is indicative of American Rooter & Drain’s team, I definitely recommend them! You are well represented.”

“We recently moved into an older home & are new to the area. We were recommended to call American Rooter & Drain for an evaluation of the plumbing & sewer. They were prompt, thorough and provided detailed explanations. On Christmas we had an emergency plumbing issue. Ben was here the next morning to evaluate the problem. Deakin & Steve followed up with the prompt expert repairs we needed to resolve our emergency. Very grateful for their professional service and team management. We would recommend this company for future work & are glad to have them on our team. Many thanks to American Rooter & Repair!”

“It's winter and cold, we wake up to a furnace not working. So I started calling repair places, 1st one still hasn't called me back (left VM) 2nd one said they would call me after they talked to the technician ( no call back) 3rd one said they could fix it in 2 weeks (2 weeks without heat ?) Called McCrea that is now American plumbing, Jessica answered and said, "we can have someone out this afternoon ". YES! Brady Kilgore came out, he gets 10+ stars from me. Super knowledgeable and professional.”

“Not only did Travis do an awesome job clearing our drain, he answered our questions and offered us a deeper clearing solution of jetting out the lines. He was genuinely friendly and conveyed an air of trustworthiness. I would say that Travis is a stellar representative for American Root & Drain and an excellent technician.”
