“I had my air conditioning condenser replaced and upgraded to new equipment. The service was great and well done. The technician was great and the work done was excellent.”

“American Rooter and Drain was a painless and honest company to work with. Our plumber Keidon was kind professional and couldn’t have been more honest about what needed and more importantly what didn’t need to be done. They have my business for life!”

“My kitchen sink was clogged. I tried baking soda and vinegar, plunging, a 15 ft snake and a 25 ft. snake. None of these worked. Brayden Proctor came out right away within an hour of me calling American Rooter and Drain. He tried his 50 ft. snake and no luck. I was dismayed at what to do next and asked what my options were. The only other option, outside of trying chemicals, was quite expensive. He offered to try snake it a second time and even 3 or 4 times if necessary. He was able to unclog it for me the second time. I am super pleased as I have been washing dishes in my bathtub for a week. Thanks Brayden and American Rooter and Drain!!”

“Travis has gone above and beyond. I honestly think he needs a raise of like $100 an hour at least. He was there for me for a family member when I couldn't be. Travis is a great guy and a great worker I'm really quality professional and everything you could ever ask for and someone who came in to a home. He treated my mother like family and I am forever grateful. Give Travis a raise Travis needs a raise give him a raise or make him a CEO of the company something like that that's what he deserves for how amazing the service was. Thank you so much to Travis and America roofer and drain company! Forever grateful”

“A/C TECH Porter was excellent in all aspects of what I need to hear & know for all of my questions! Making me not only aware of all the tech aspects of my equipment, but also the confidence that all would be checked and verified by his expertise. I would personally recommend him & his company to any & all homeowners in maintaining there HVAC & AC!”

“We have dealing with sewer gas smell in our home for awhile, had several companies out and can not figure out where or what the problem is. However Chris did find that a pipe/vent was loose causing water to sit in the pipe. (not leaking) and fixed that for us. Chris was very professional and friendly. He is still continuing to work with us on what the cause/and where the sewer smell is coming from. Hoping to have the problem fixed soon.”

“Keidon was amazing. He answered all our questions clearly in words that we could understand. He had a great attitude and had no problem actually assessing our problem. And also getting us the help we needed.”
