“We had a plugged sewer mainline and had tried running a snake and drain-o ourselves over the last couple days but with no luck. We called American in the afternoon and they sent their tech, Travis, out the next morning. He was very personable and very knowledgeably answered all the questions we had. We ended up having them do a water jet cleaning which cleared the blockage and it got us up and running again. Really enjoyed working with Travis and would call them again if I needed service in the future.”
