“You can see the excitement in my eyes at the start of a big plumbing replacement job *said no one ever* Seriously though, I appreciate Trevor's honesty about the reality of our old house's pipes. He reassured us he was happy to just clear our sink as we had called in for. But a real overview was needed and other plumbers have only offered quick fixes. The photos he took and the time he spent in investigating and explaining how everything worked (or was likely to NOT work all of a sudden) was done professionally but he was also very personable. Dominic provided more evidence of the needed work and got us set up with a quote and easy financing right away. Looks like we'll be on the schedule for new pipes and water heater next week! Well, here's to unpleasant news being a decent experience. Update on the finished job to come!”
