“If you are reading this review, you are facing plumbing or sewer issues and wonder if this is the team to handle it. I unequivocally tell you they are the ones. I had a LARGE sewer/plumbing issue and this team’s work, professionalism, and desire to find the problems and fix everything for good was immeasurable. I met six professionals on my project and to a person they were knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to getting it right the first time for a long time. Plumbing problems are never cheap. But it needs to be done right – not halfway. I won’t use anyone else. They even came out and took a camera to their final work as a QA and shared the video with me for my reassurance. I sincerely appreciate their care, attention to detail, their problem solving, and most of all their skilled work. I am extremely satisfied with the way my project was handled beginning to end. You cannot go wrong with these guys.”

“My water heater started to die on me. After 23 years of faithful service it was time for a new one. I started checking for a replacement with my normal hvac company, that I like quite well, but the price was a bit steep. I decided to shop around. A neighbor recommended Titan, so I scheduled an appointment with them through their website. They sent a tech out And gave me quote that was less than the hvac quote and after doing some more checking around I decided to go with Titan. I called just before 5 PM on a holiday weekend and Charlie scheduled me in for the following Tuesday afternoon. (Thank you Charlie) And email communication with their office put me at ease confirming my appointment and the times they would be there for both the quote and then the work. The Tech, Chris, showed up at the exact time he said he would, and had the water heater changed out in a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable about the work to be done and answered any questions I had. They were quick and professional and gave me a new installation that is up to current building code and saved me some money in the process without cutting corners. I recommend Titan Water and Drain.”
