“My water heater started to die on me. After 23 years of faithful service it was time for a new one. I started checking for a replacement with my normal hvac company, that I like quite well, but the price was a bit steep. I decided to shop around. A neighbor recommended Titan, so I scheduled an appointment with them through their website. They sent a tech out And gave me quote that was less than the hvac quote and after doing some more checking around I decided to go with Titan. I called just before 5 PM on a holiday weekend and Charlie scheduled me in for the following Tuesday afternoon. (Thank you Charlie) And email communication with their office put me at ease confirming my appointment and the times they would be there for both the quote and then the work. The Tech, Chris, showed up at the exact time he said he would, and had the water heater changed out in a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable about the work to be done and answered any questions I had. They were quick and professional and gave me a new installation that is up to current building code and saved me some money in the process without cutting corners. I recommend Titan Water and Drain.”

Chris Martin was prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He'll be back today for install. More than satisfied! Prompt and efficient. Installed new disposal and recirculation system to the water heater. I had a concern after installation of the latter. I called the next day and the plumber was back before day's end to adjust. This morning he checked with my by phone to see if I am satisfied. I am and I will use their plumbing service from now on. Disposal was faulty. Called about 5 last night. Two techs came today with a new unit. Installed and working. No questions asked. Service with a capital S. Thank you.”

With a camera he was able to determine that the blockage was due to a piece of tile that a previous contractor had managed to get in the system during demo of exiting tile.
