“Daniel and Trevor from the Payette office have gone above and beyond their duties and have done a tremendous job!! They came out and worked all day Saturday and have been extremely respectfully with a clear line of communication. McCrea Heating and Plumbing was NOT my first call but they were the ones who were able to handle this extreme plumbing disaster. Other companies could NOT find the issue!! McCrea will be handling ALL of our Plumbing needs from here on out!! Thank you Daniel and Trevor for all your hard work, my family is extremely appreciative!!!”

“The installation took many modifications and took 2 installers all day. The younger man was professional and in a good mood all day the other installer became frustrated after about 11 hours (who wouldn't). The diagnostic team, Gabriel and Chris, were professional and personable. They answered all my questions using common terms so I could understand. The repair tech, Chris, was also one who diagnosed the problem and came back to repair the heat pump when the fan came in. Large expense to repair and replace a furnace system, happy customer.”

“I was on a job in caldwell (work for express plumbing) to pump out a septic for a customer of yalls and the septic lid was heavier then normal with no handle. Daniel and his partner were great and professional in helping me get the tank opened up so i could pump it out. Good job daniel and his co worker on assisting!”

“Chris and Keaton were so easy to work with. They were prompt and polite. They checked in the next day to make sure things were still going ok and I appreciated that. Will be calling again if I need any of these services in the future.”

“Chris B. Did amazing work start to finish! Our main water pipe was leaking under our house, and Chris went down, found the trouble spot, even showed us video! Their pricing estimate was fair, and they came the next morning to complete the repair! We are super impressed and thankful for all their professionalism and hard work!”

“Very professional. I absolutely loved text message notification with the name and photo of technician who was coming to complete the work order. Additional step that I very much appreciated. Job was done quickly and very professionally.”
