“Called end of business day and they were able to send someone to check it out first thing the following morning. Ben was able to identify the problem within 10 minutes and made the repairs in just a couple of hours. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend.”

“I found that my basement drain had backed up. I called McCrea and was told that a technician would be here in 20 minutes. 2 showed up in that time. They tried to use a snake to unclog the drain but they needed heavier equipment. They called for a supervisor who showed up very quickly. It took a little while but my drain was finally cleared. Dave the supervisor showed me with the drain camera that the sewer pipe had etensive damage and would need to be replaced eventually. He gave me a quote and explained finance options. I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Dave and his crew...”

“My entire experience today with McCrea has been professional, courteous, and of a great value! I had called upon their services to get a second opinion regarding a leak that had recently developed in the crawl space beneath our home. The first opinion I received was from another plumbing company in town who, after missing their appointment last Friday and rescheduling with us for this (Monday) morning, told me the leak was from a mainline that would need to be replaced across the entire front yard and would require a boring process “their company doesn’t do.” So I called McCrea upon a referral from a close friend who needed a mainline at his house replaced via boring and McCrea had done a wonderful job for him. I was surprised to have a service visit scheduled within a couple hours (not days!) and even more surprised that the man (Benjamin) who came out was able to locate the leak, repair it, and fill back in the substantial whole he had to dig (by hand!) to look like he had never been there! Excellent work! After the first plumber had left I was contemplating how I would fund the $15,000 job to replace the entire water main and extremely satisfied to pay this second plumber a few hundred dollars to repair what was actually the issue!”
