“The service provided was excellent. They took the time to show me pictures of what needing repaired and explain how they where going to fix it at a cost that didn't break the bank! I asked how much to stop the smell of chlorine in my water because its been bad since moving to Meridian. The service tech took the time to go over everything needed to fix the issue plus get rid of my hard water and had me scheduled with in the week to come out and install a new house filter and softener tank. I now have no more bad tasting or chemical smelling water. I am thankful I called for a dripping faucet. Best service I have received and I will call them if I ever need plumbing in the future.”

“I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the service provided by this business. I returned home from a six day road trip to Arizona only to learn I had no hot water with which to shower, do dishes or laundry, a problem this 77-year old woman found very inconvenient and aggravating. I initially contacted another business I found on Google and filled out a form for emergency service in the wee hours of Wednesday morning. That company referred my request to Titan who called me that same morning and scheduled a service call. The young man, Tyler, who came to my house a few hours later was friendly, competent, and efficient. In no time at all he had removed a wooden cabinet my now deceased husband had built around the old hot water tank years ago, defined the problem, and removed a very old and rusty tank from my laundry room. Next he installed a brand new tank, and was completely finished in a couple of hours except for needing an electrician to install a new electrical box before the new tank could be hooked up. For a while it looked as if I might have to be without hot water for another day, but Tyler called his boss who in turn called an electrician he knew personally, and that man was at my door within 20 or 30 minutes and also provided excellent service.
