“We bought a house and needed a gas line put in for the kitchen .Charley was very fast and professional. Had it installed neatly in 45 minutes! Then my power bill was starting to get to 265.00 a month! Charley sat down with us and went over all the options on replacing the hot water heater. He felt that was the cause and he was right. He replaced the water heater at a very reasonable price, fast and professionally. My bill droped to 100.00 . I have known Charley for many years now and all his work is done professionally. He is honest and fair and i trust him to do any work i need done.He also replaced our sewer line at our old place . He knows what he is talking about. You can trust him and his work!”

“Billed me at the rate of $350.00 per hour for two men. Had to call the office and request a service call to complete the unfinished job. $696.00 bill left a very bad taste in my mouth. Lotsa promises, extraordinarily poor work. McCrea will never, never do work for me. McCrea's decades of great plumbing service is no longer part of their "customer first" policy. How sad. Unsatisfied customer Ontario, Or Update 1-7-20 Steve, the owner came to our home today as promised. Steve made every right. I now give McCrea Plumbing and Heating 5 STARS. WELL DONE STEVE 👍”
