I also just changed my review after I realized how much Ethan did for me Although I still don't have hot water he made a phone call about my tankless water heater to see if my heater was under warranty. “The tech did an amazing job, but as far as price it was a bit much for a simple drain clog, I get that doing a hydrojet is good, but for $2000 bucks that is a bit steep and even $1100 also, and right around the holidays as well. I mean had a home card through synchrony that they referred me to this company that my card would work and they said it wouldn’t work. Makes no sense when they referred me. The tech was great and awesome, and I think I may of dislodged something, but it’s working now so that is a bunch!! But pricing was a bit high for hydrojet and such! Thanks”

“Great service, professional people, and ON Time. My only complaint is that I had two tasks needing done which could be done by one person. So they sent out one person for the HVAC and one for the plumbing. Since the labor is a flat rate I got hit with double the labor costs. Both people were here at the same time, this could have been a single person job thus saving me a good chunk of change. But instead of $200 - $300 as expected I got hit with $450, entirely due to labor costs. Otherwise this is exactly what I needed, the tasks were completed quickly and efficiently.”
