“We were in need of someone to come look at our furnace as it was making thumping noises when it shut off. I wasn't expecting to get anyone out on the same day that I called, but I did. Dominic Bejarano showed up earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite (great customer service). After he checked the furnace out, he informed us that the bearings were going out and the furnace would need to be replaced. I guess after 20 years it's about time. He promptly sent us estimates that we asked for, and we are now looking into financing.”

“Updated review 1/16/24 - McCrea/American Rooter's manager reached out to me and we were able to resolve the issues in an amicable way. I am updating my review to reflect that the technicians are always very nice, the duct cleaning I requested was done well, and that after speaking to the manager I was assured that the technicians would have some additional training and review about practicing within the scope of their education and training. As such, I am willing to update the review to 3 stars as the work was adequately done and the manager was receptive to feedback.”
