“Dominic is an excellent tech. His knowledge within his field had him in and out of our home, the same day the appointment was scheduled. His patience is something we're all grateful for, especially when it came to translating with the house owner and the initial barking of our senior dogs. He's well spoken so we had little questions. Overall, we're satisfied with his work and the company as a whole. We'll be recommending American Rooter & Drain!”

“I booked an appointment during the weekend and was called back early Monday morning. The customer service I received through the phone calls was amazing. Very nice, clear and straight to the point. I was kept in the loop of when the technician would head over. Dominic, was polite and patient while I did minor translation with the house owner. He is well spoken and with the knowledge in his field, everything was done on the same day, which we didn't expect, but we are so thankful! I will be recommending McCrea Heating and Plumbing! Everyone at this company is wonderful.”
