“These guys have been amazing, and helped me make such a stressful situation - as easy as possible on me. What turned out to be roots taking over my main sewer line causing my laundry room to flood, they came out right away and even contacted the restoration company, and my insurance for me! Also being able to love on my nosey dogs, and answer allll of my questions. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you for the permanent solution!! “American Rooter Drain staff are consummate professionals, from Chris, who came to perform the first video inspection, through Colton and his team that executed the repair work. They had to expose an entrance point under the concrete basement floor to clean and line 57' of sewer pipe with a new epoxy liner. This pipe had several intersecting laterals most with difficult access. Each day office staff provided an approximate arrival time window with the name and photo of the lead technician. A project, such as this, is typically fraught with unforeseen conditions and surprises - this was no exception. Colton and his team dealt with every circumstance quickly and efficiently; even working late hours when necessary to ensure the work was done on time and the site was left clean. They communicated progress with me throughout the project keeping me informed through each stage. Chris returned for a final video inspection of the completed work to ensure I was fully satisfied with the end result. These guys are exceptionally knowledgeable and polite!”
