“From day 1 when approached by Cris Fierros, drain tech for a free drain inspection, I knew hiring them would not be a mistake. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind very detailed. American Rooter & Drain is lucky to have him as an employee. Definitely would recommend.”

“First, I didn't know that McCrea now belonged to American Rooter and Drain. I basically contacted a McCrea number I had which is how I ended up scheduling with ARD. I was able to schedule about a week from the call. Had great help from Steve Jordan, who was a great guy. Steve came out and was able to diagnose the problem with our heat pump and get it repaired (we had issues with the fan and the engine); the fan will take a week to get in, but Steve was able to do a temporary fix that will let the ac work until it comes in, which I thought was really cool. There was also some general inspection done of the plumbing. Very happy overall; glad to have cool air again and have these problems fixed!”
