“We thought we had some plumbing issues with our tub since it smelled like sewer, so we called this company. Keidon Decker was the technician who not only helped us with our tub issue but gave my wife and I some friendly homeowner tips! Keidon is extremely professional and knowledgeable about what he does. Definitely recommending this company for your plumbing needs.”

“Travis was exceptional! He was courteous and efficient! He introduced himself and took time to find out exactly what plumbing problems I was having. He made sure I knew what he was doing and why. He left the area clean when he was done. I really appreciate the company texting a professional/personal profile along with a picture of the technician to expect. It makes for a safer more comfortable experience.”

“I was very impressed and satisfied with the service I received from American rooter and drain. Travis cleaned the pipes and Chris scoped it so that I could see everything that was going on in the system. He showed me the problem and offered solutions on the spot. Estimate to follow. Excellent work.”
