“Watch out for these guys. We had a sprinkler valve break and called them for an estimate. They came out and said we needed to install a back flow preventer on the system and it would cost $2,800.00! They also said we needed a shut off valve on our water heater which we already had. We called the county and found out that our sprinkler system does not connect to city water so all we needed was a ball valve replaced. It cost less than $60.00 for the parts. A professional should have to know what they are talking about.”

“The first technician that came out was fine. Thought we had fixed the problem but it ended up being deeper than just a clogged toilet. Met with the manager or sales rep and wanted me to commit to paying an absolutely absurd amount of money. (I work for a large company and we have some red tape and needed approval from corporate as we lease the property not own it). They were pushy and relentless. Only concerned about gaining our money, not our business. We Requested they come out to jet our lines and told us "NOT UNLESS WE AGREE TO THE BIGGER" quoted job. I will be using another local company for future work and repairs.”

“They advised a 59 dollar drain clean out. Next thing you know the plumber is calling to want to charge 1300 bucks to clear the drain. Totally misleading and false advertising. I called perfect plumbing and they came out for 160 dollars to do the job. Talk about trying to take advantage of the general public. Don’t use these dishonest people. Call someone else who isn’t trying to rip you off. Their ads are a total lie.”

“Dominic was great. Mcreas is a rip off. Their prices are extremely high and they did not keep me informed. They never bothered to return my calls or messages. My advice would be to not bother contacting them.”

“I am so sorry I ever called this place. My regular plumber was too busy to come out the same day to address the leak that was flooding my side yard, so I called these guys. They did come out right away. They did spend about an hour. They did charge me nearly $300.00. The guy who came out said we were to watch to see if he fixed it and that the money we were spending today would be applied towards the next bill, but it shouldn't come to that. They then had my wife sign three times on the receipt that basically absolves them of anything like a warranty. They didn't even try to determine where my leak was. All they did was replace a gasket on my hose bib. The leak is still there and appears to now be worse. They don't have an after-hours service. I will NEVER call this place again. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.”

“This place gouges people. $1750 to snake a drain because my sewer was backed up and 2 days before they could respond. I called another plumbing company that was there that night and did it for $125. DO NOT HIRE THEM!”

“I was very disappointed with the company. I ask for an estimate for a specific service. The individual that came out was ignorant about why they had come and spent 2 hours "writing up" some numbers. The quotes were for stuff I did not want or need. The price on the service I requested was excessive (1000% markup over cost). The sales person could have given me that number quickly and been done with it but instead it was this long drawn out game. Very not impressed.”

“Well first he tried to sell me a new disposal which I didn't need and for over 1000 dollars w/o even doing the smallest adjustment that I was told should be done. Turns out I didn't need a new disposal! So I asked him to make this adjustment and sure enough my disposal was fine. My disposal was working when I called this company the first time...but didn't work when the tech left. Hmmmm”

“Unfortunately I looked up a plumbing company that can help fix a leaking shower/ tube faucet and came across this company. They came out to my residence and saw it and told me it would cost $775 to install a Moen hot/cold cartridge. Which that part is no more than $55 at home depot or lowes. I explained that it had already been changed before so they then said it would be better to replace the posi- temp pressure balancing tub and shower valve instead. I thought that was a good idea and figured it would get done quickly since there was an opening already to the valve. The moment came to where i asked the price to get it fixed and couldn't believe they wanted to charge $1,195.00. I asked them how much that part cost and didn't want to respond so i looked it up and was only $140 at home depot and came with the shower and tube faucets all together. I was shocked and very disappointed that this company would take advantage of people in similar situations. I ended up paying them $60 for coming out to my place and giving me those outrageous quotes. I went to home depot and bought the stuff and tools to get the job done myself for less then $275. Even though it took me 2hrs reading the instructions and watching a YouTube video i was able to do the job correctly without any issues. Which I know that it would of been less than 30 minutes for them with all the experience they supposedly have. But yet they wanted to charge me almost $1,000 in labor ridiculous. Worst plumbing company ever, would never recommend. I would give them 0 stars if possible.”

“Had them come out for a slow draining kitchen sink. They ran a snake down it didn't find anything and charge me $59. My only option was a $1,300 service just to unclog the sink sounds like they upsell their business I would not use them”
