“Used Titan Plumbing several times in in the past and they were awesome. HOWEVER, They sold their name and phone number to American Rooter and Drain. They did not hold on to Titan's employees, only bought their name. Therefore, none of Titan's prior reviews mean anything. Their google site should be closed down. I'll be reporting it as closed, and I hope that you do too.”

“Installed Rinnai tankless water heater. They threw the manual away for the $7300 system and after I requested the manual they ignored my request. After 4 months I contacted them and then they sent me a printed manual they just printed off there computer. This company truly does not care about customers and are very unreliable.”

“When we scheduled with American Rooter, we were told that at our appointment we would get a quote and, if approved, the work would be able to be done that day. We needed a minor/non urgent but important repair done. After rescheduling our appointment twice, what we got at our appointment was very much a sales call. We were told that the repair couldn't be done that day, but we could apply for financing for several other large things to wrap up with our repair when it was done at a future appointment. The price quoted to us for the repair we needed was over twice what Google says the average cost of that repair by a professional plumber is. We will not be using this company.”

“Be aware. This is not a service plumbing company. If you call them for a leaky faucet they will want to replace your whole sink and replum your entire house. If you have a simple drip, call a service plumber, not this outfit. They are strictly upsell and extremely expensive. After one visit, I had to pay them $100 just to tell them I didn't want their service.”

“I asked for a quote for a drain to be installed in my 2 year old home that has a clean and spacious crawl space. The quoted me $2,215 for less then 30 feet of 2” pipe a P trap and floor drain assembly. Total cost for parts is less then $200 they tried to tell me that the reason for charging me $2,000 for maybe an hour of labor is “the quality, integrity, and care for the work they are doing”. They also went on to tell me that they care about the customers they help while stating that they are justified in charging $2000 for an hour job. This was absolutely ridiculous and shameful attempt at price gouging customers (note they have a system that they just push buttons to get your estimate) I could not believe the insulting behavior of this company. I will be letting everyone I know about the lack of care, concern and shred of human decency with there company. The actual tech who came out I felt bad for he was really nice and professional but he is forced to auto click on his screen to access price for the service which most likely cost you more. The direct supervisor above him was ok until he showed me through his response and lack of concern and care that they were price gouging. He agreed with me in regards of me stating I could get the actual supplies to perform the service for less then $200 at Home Depot but yet they felt 1000% comfortable quoting me $2000 for labor and “Quality”. The funny thing is that “QUALITY” should be the standard for everyone operating a business and “NOT” something you should have to pay extra for let alone thousands more for. Absolute no values with this company. I also requested to have the owner contact me directly for an explanation and was rudely tossed to the side by the supervisor. I will be going through to the Attorney General for the disgusting behavior of this business. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY “I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON “”

“I am changing my 5 star review to a one star not because of the technician that came out but rather, the first time they came out to unplug our master bath toilet, I had a fantastic experience and for the 10 min of work they charged a reasonable 60 bucks. This second time around they had the same 6ft auger and told me it was going to be $272. 10 min later the kid left and the toilet was clear. I stuck with these guys because I thought there prices were reasonable. I thought I had found the company I was going to always use... but after paying $272 bucks for 10 min of work I will never use them again.”

“American Rooter helped us with a clogged drain. Our kitchen drain and half our upstairs was backed up because of a clog. Keidon showed up and was very nice and was able to fix the clog very quickly. The problem with this company is, there where only two options that where offered to me. $59 to run a small snake or $1100 pressure washer of the pipe. Of course, the snake did not work. It was late and we waited all day to get this fixed. We needed this fixed now and I did not want to wait another day to schedule another company, so I paid them the $1100 to unclog our pipe. If you are looking for a plumber, I would find a different company that is more skilled in other methods to unclog a drain. $1100 is ridiculous. You should at least ask them what your options will be before you schedule them.”

“This company always way overcharges! The second they show up they start looking for ways to up sell and overcharge. They have be double to three times the price of other companies in the area! Will not use them ever again! They are pushy in their up sale and over charge for the service they provide. Shop around before using this company!”

“It took additional three weeks longer than expected to install. But when it was installed it was installed incorrectly. I had to call and complain for someone else come out and fix /pretty much to redo the whole thing. I will never ever use this company again. It was way too expensive for what I got. When I tryed to ask them if I could have an itemized list so I could see what I was getting charged for they refused. I learned my lesson though I'll ever be screwed by them again.”

“Totally Dishonest. Set up an appointment for them to fix a simple plumbing leak, and instead of fixing it, I was charged a service fee to simply come out and look at it. And the quote they gave us was beyond outrageous. DO NOT USE these scam artists.”
