“Well what can I say, had a guy come out on Saturday and look at my furnace due to pilot and burners not coming on. Took him an hour to tell me that my furnace is old and that they might not make the control board needed to fix it. Said he’d get back to me on Monday, meanwhile I went and bought some electric heaters and ordered the part needed for about 128 dollars. He called back Monday saying that the part was more expensive than he thought but that he had luck finding it. Quote was 720 bucks installed. Not to mention I had already paid 140 for the first visit. The control board is plug and play, this place use to be great cause I’ve used them for other things like plumbing and stuff. I would highly recommend you look around before calling these guys.”

“Since i cant rate it any lower than one star. One star it is. I am a little late on writing this review however this is one of many reasons i wont reccomend them. The broke my washer and dryer more than they already were, they nearly set my kitchen on fire, they trashed my back yard and kitchen and refused to clean it up, and both men were very disrespectful and kind of creepy. When i called to complain they didnt take my complaint seriously and wouldnt send someone else to fix what these two had done. To add insult to injury my father in law and husband used to work for them and they stole from my father in law and husband. This company is a joke and needs to be shut down.”

“Trying to push a whole new system for both heating and air conditioning and changing to gas on senior citizen and a disabled vet, even after explaining we couldn't afford it. Plus, no discount for vets or senior citizens.”

“Came out to diagnose a refridgerator and in the process was told in order to diagnose had to attach a valve to the freon line which can't be removed. Cost $50. $50 AND CAN'T BE REMOVED?!! Now my $88 trip fee is $138. Then tell me it's $350 to fix?!! Well, they are making money all day long like that and do 't even have to fix anything. I can not recommend this place. I feel like I was taken advantage of.”

“The technician showed up told us he couldn't fix the problem of our furnaces, had nothing done yet still try to charge me $168, which is double of what they quot me. He used our cooler as a ladder, left mud foot print on the cooler and didn't even has courtesy to clean it or put it back. Oh, he also put their company stickers all over our utility room and they are not easy to clean off. Overall, stay away from this group.”

“BEWARE!! If I could, I would give this place negative stars! I had them come out to diagnose my washer as it's been leaking. The technician showed up and did whatever he did to check the washer, as he told me that "he would come talk to me after he looked at the washer" so I am not even sure what he checked since I wasn't allowed to be there while he inspected it. His diagnosis was the 'rear bearing' in my front load washer had gone bad and told me it was $750 to fix. I was in shock, and told him that it would be cheaper to buy a new one. He then proceeded to tell me "yeah, it's pretty close". I asked him how it would've gone out as my washer is only 5 yrs old, he said "it's due to excessive overweight washings or it had something wrong with the bearing to begin with". I told him its ridiculous, and I am not paying that for this washer to be repaired as I would just buy a new one for that price. He then proceeded to try and up-sale other appliances they fix, I don't think so buddy, I'm done with your overly expensive business. We decided to have a 2nd opinion done on the washer, as their was no noise coming from the drum when you spun it (would sound like a jet airplane if the rear bearing was out) and no gap in the door. The 2nd place showed up, talked to me, showed me what he was doing and testing everything. We found the leak, a black hose, which is something tied to where the detergent comes out of. Anyhow for $220 dollars my washer is all good and hopefully should last me another 5 years. So I am out the $88 dollars "diagnosis" or should I say "scam fee" for this place coming out and doing absolutely nothing but causing stress. But I would rather be out the $88 than the $750. However during this process, I have found a nice little company that listened to me, my experience, and did everything they could to support me through this mess. Good Luck to anyone who uses this company, its at your own risk and your hard earned money!”

“BUYER BEWARE!!! My dishwasher wasn't draining. Spent $88 for a diagnosis. Technician came out and said the pump was bad. When asked how he knew he said "because the pump had power to it and it's not draining". I asked him if he was sure it wasn't clogged and he said he was positive. I didn't have a whole lot of confidence in his diagnosis so I spent a little time on the web. What I found was that most often it is just clogged. I reached underneath while the dishwasher was in drain cycle and could feel the pump vibrating. So I figured out how to take it off myself and sure enough. It was just clogged. I was quoted $400 to replace a pump that didn't need it. I almost fell for it. Called for a refund and they said the $88 was just a trip charge. No it was for the diagnosis. If you're wrong I want my money back. They didn't care.”

“This company also goes by Dave's Appliance. You should look at those reviews before calling them for service. This company has been taking advantage of my mother who is a senior and disabled for two years now. My mom voiced concern that she thought something wasn't right after they serviced her A/C unit a week ago. They told her she needed an 800.00 part that wasn't installed when the home was built only 5 years ago. That's funny she has had 6 visits on her AC since May of 2015 and no one mentioned that until now. I reviewed all of the invoices and it appears that the technicians either have no clue what they are doing or they are deliberately taking advantage of my mom. They did a tune up on my mom's AC on 4/26, when it got hot enough on 5/5 to turn the A/C on it wasn't cooling. They came out again it was at this time she was told and they noted that she must have a leak and may need more Freon and is missing a part that should have been put on when the house was built. My mom refused the part and we called another company. They came out and found that Dave's appliance had put too much Freon in the unit causing it not to cool. The unit holds 3 lbs and it was over filled by 1.5 lbs!”

“This guy is a crook. If you do business with him make sure you have his estimate in writing before he does any work. He over charged $500 for a simple repair.”

“the technician arrived and just told us the freezer was too full of stuff and to get it cleaned out so that air can circulate. he left after telling us what we could do. when i got home im the one that actually took apart the back of the fridge and found a chunk of ice, preventing circulation. the tech did nothing like that. i paid 88$ for a piece of advice that could have been given to me over the phone when i explained my problem with my fridge. I will not be using them again.”

“Roy showed up and he was actually a great guy. The problem I had required them to replaced the startup capacitor on my compressor. They charged me $405.95 for this part. When I explained to Roy that I have an electronics background and the price he was quoting was I felt way out of line. Roy showed me his pricing sheet provided by the company that listed that price. I liked Roy, he was just doing what the company required. Later I looked up that capacitor on Amazon and they sell from $13 to $40 depending on where you get it from. I've owned my own business and I understand you have to mark up parts to make a profit, but this is INSANE. They pricing is not fair to the customer and I now understand why they were the only company of the half dozen I called that could come out that same day, they're probably not that busy. I suspect people who have lived in the area longer know they are not a business you want to do business with.”
